Do you admire how well some companies do selling products online? It's because they learn how to do it properly. We will coach you and help you do it well.

Workshop Details: This workshop is for Tri-Cities (Bristol, Johnson City & Kingsport) Business owners.

Where: Online

When: Tuesday and Thursday nights

How long: 4 to 6 weeks.

How many people will be in this workshop? 6 to 10.

What will you need to bring? You will need a laptop that can access the internet via Wi-Fi. We will provide the Wi-Fi. Your website will be set up with the best e-commerce platform available today. You will be able to complete your website without buying extra apps or purchasing templates. However, you will need to pick a subscription before you can take your site live. Basic subscription fees cost $29.

You will learn about apps and templates and may decide to purchase them, but you will not need to.

You'll have set up your first 10 products in the workshop. Don't worry if you don't have your products ready for the course. You will learn what is needed during the workshop. Don't worry if you have less than 10 or more than 10 products.

The methods we'll teach you work for any number of products. We have to limit the number of products we can support in this workshop due to the time it takes to set up menus and collections related to products.

"The team who you'll be working with in this workshop do this for a living. We manage millions in ecommerce sales every month. We are going to show you exactly what we do."

The Ecom Setup Rhythm™

The Ecom Setup Rhythm™ is the framework that maps out everything you need to maximize results in winning and converting customers, evaluating impact and expanding your reach within your customer base. With a focus on these areas, you can build a solid foundation.

Set Up Phase
Consumers interact with your website and other platforms on their buying journey. The first step is to set your products or services up in the appropriate platforms. Once your products are available on your store or other platforms you can use powerful tools to optimize your customers' buying journey. Getting this phase done correctly sets you up to more effectively complete the other phases.

Being Found Phase

This phase is all about meeting expectations. The key to being found by your customers is to meet their expectations, search engine expectations while meeting your revenue expectations. When you meet these expectations, search engines and other ecommerce platforms help your customers find you. The Being Found Phase puts the internet to work for you instead of against you.

Amplify Phase

Your return on ad spend will be much better when you meet expectations. Customers will find what they need and so will the search engine. Now is the time to spend money on ads. Spending before you get the first two phase competes will burn cash. In this phase you'll amplify traffic and revenue. The increase in activity will speed up optimizing to meet expectations. Allowing you to continually improve your revenues.

Hi I'm Joe Mckenna, Chief Marketing Officer (not the cool guy with beard)

For about 12 years, Joe pretty much made it his second job to get a handle on how marketing works in the age of the Internet – websites, paid search, CRMS, CMS’s, SEO, you name it, he learned it. At long last he arrived at an answer and now he walks the earth, sharing his bountiful secrets and imparting his grave warnings to any business owner who stops and listens to what he has to say. You get a bio like this when you have really creative writers , asked to write a short bio..... I am no where near this interesting.

This course is closed for enrollment.
